We ship cool-weather orders Monday through Saturday. The cool-weather shipping season for the U.S.A. is generally September 16th - May 14th. |
We ship warm-weather orders Monday through Wednesday. The warm-weather shipping season for the U.S.A. is generally May 15th - September 15th. If you live in one of the southern or coastal states (CA, AZ, NM, TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL), warm-weather shipping applies much sooner. We do not ship orders during warm weather on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays so your package will not get stalled in transit on a Sunday. Warm-weather orders placed by 2:00 pm Eastern Time on Wednesday will be typically be shipped on Wednesday. Any warm-weather orders placed between 2:00 pm on Wednesday and 6:00 pm on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. See "WARM-WEATHER SHIPPING" section below for more information on shipping during warm months or to warm destinations. Consider having your order delivered where someone will be able to receive it (like maybe your office). Chocolate products left by the U.S. Postal Service on a front porch during the warm summer months may melt before you get home. At this time, we ship to all Continental U.S. locations only. |
FLAT-RATE $5.99. If you choose Priority Mail, the FLAT-RATE shipping cost is $5.99 for any order of any size. U.S.P.S. Priority Mail will ship your packages in 2-3 days on average for domestic destinations using Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes. (Large shipments may arrive in multiple boxes.) As we ship from central Ohio, assume you'll get your package sooner the nearer you are to central Ohio. If you need your package by a certain date we cannot guarantee you'll get your package on time. From the day your order is shipped with U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, it could take up to 7 business days for delivery to the West Coat, although 99% of the time, packages arrive within 2-3 days from the time we ship it with this service. Via Priority Mail, there is no tracking system to track your package. |
Per the U.S.P.S. website, Express Mail packages have "guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery nationwide." Because we are centrally located in Ohio, most of the destinations we send orders to are guaranteed next-day delivery when mailed Monday-Thursday by 5:00 pm. To double-check that this is the case for your order, enter our store's zip code (43015) and the destination zip code at this U.S.P.S. website: http://webapps.usps.com/expressmailcommitments/landing.jsp Via Express Mail, orders include tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance up to $100 against loss or damage (insurance will not cover melting). However, the package usually arrives before tracking is available online. Shipping via Express Mail is based on the total number of cups you order. Although shipping will be automatically calculated in our shopping cart, you can predetermine what your shipping charges for Express Mail will be by viewing the chart below. Our products all contain chocolate that is susceptible to melting at warm temperatures while in transit. If you are placing your order in the summer or are having your NoxLife products shipped to a warm climate, we offer two options: (1) Insulated shipping. The cost for insulated warm-weather shipping kit is $2.99. This is our actual cost for the insulated shipping materials. We highly recommend this option if melting concerns you. Insulated shipping includes an insulated box liner and frozen cold packs. This option is fully your decision. You may choose to add the insulated box liner and cold packs in the shopping cart during checkout. See below for ideas on how to reuse your chocolate packaging. (2) Express Mail. We also recommend choosing insulated shipping when using the Express Mail option in warm weather. This option is fully your decision. PLEASE NOTE: NoxLife Food Company will do its best to assure safe delivery of your purchase. However, due to the unpredictability of the weather, we cannot guaranetee that your items will arrive without melting damage, even when shipped using insulated packaging and cold packs. We ship from Delaware, OH 43015. To help you make your decision as to whether you should add a warm-weather shipping kit to your order, you can view our local temperature and weather forecast on the left side of this page. You may also check the weather at your shipping destination by entering the zip code in the box on the left. Chocolate's melting point is about 100 F (36 C), although softening occurs at about around 80 F (26 C). Given chocolate's reaction to warmth and heat, Insulated Shipping and Express Mail shipping is suggested above 75 F. |
Nox Rocks Cups. Nox Rocks are packaged in polypropylene cups. The cups are recyclable (code #5), reusable, and microwavable. Because many of our customers are bodybuilders or fitness devotees who use protein powder, they reuse the cups and lids to shake up their protein shakes after they've eaten their Nox Rocks. The cups are leakproof and airtight. Try it! You can also reuse the cups for hot coffee or cold beverages. They're safe to use from 40°F to 240 °F(4°C - 116°C). Reuse Shipping Packaging. Also, because chocolate is prone to melting at warm temperatures, we must use a special warm-weather shipping kit to protect your NoxLife products. It is always a challenge to find environmentally friendly packaging, and we constantly seek such packaging. Below are some suggestions on how you can recycle and/or reuse the packing materials that accompany your chocolate order. Foam Insulation The insulation used in our shipping packaging is a rectangular pouch made of metallized film laminated to polyethylene foam. It is a great insulator, and you can reuse the foam pouch to keep items warm or cold; for instance, when taking a long trip in your vehicle, going to a cookout, or going on a picnic. Polyethylene is also recyclable. Box The corrugated cardboard shipping box may be reused the next time you need to ship or pack something. It can also be recylced at any recycling center. Frozen Gel Packs These re-freezable non-toxic gel packs can be reused as a refrigerant (use them in coolers, lunch boxes, or with the insulated foil pouch included in your NoxLife shipment) or for First Aid (a cool gel pack wrapped in a towel and applied to sore muscles is a great way to reduce pain and inflammation). Also, because they are environmentally friendly and contain non-toxic ingredients, they are safely disposable. |
